Riot Games — the creators of League of Legends, Valorant, and Legends of Runeterra, to name a few — has a lot going on at any given time (as you might imagine). In 2021, having just launched their first feature television series, Netflix’s Arcane, Riot worked with my team at Stink Studios to create a series of docu-style talking-head interviews about the different goings-on at Riot. This stood in stark contrast to their typical “year-end wrapup” hype videos that (in my opinion) are all flash with little substance.
